When Does it start counting as Inactivity?

After your 1st post, any gaps between 2 posts is counted as inactivity

Before your 1st post you are not even counted as enrolled in the ninja Acedemy

These effects of inactivity does not effect the Academy students, because being inactive alone is effecting them enough, because it makes graduation less likely, and they become "Dead Last" in their class
